Somalia Joined the Global Agricultural Journalists Forum

somesha_logoThe Somali Media for Environment, Science, Health and Agriculture (SOMESHA) thrilled to make public that the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) endorsed the membership of eight (8) membership applications following the adoption of constitutional changes earlier in the session of IFAJ congress in New Zealand.
SOMESHA and seven (7) professional journalists’ organizations from Burkino Faso, Burundi, Croatia, DR Congo, Ghana, Iran and Turkey currently confirmed their membership by Hugh Maynard, the IFAJ Global manager.

The International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ) is a non-political, professional association for agricultural journalists in 32 countries. IFAJ supports and encourages the practice of agricultural journalism in countries embracing freedom of the press.
